Halle Berry, her fiancé Olivier Martinez and her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry have called a truce.

French-Canadian model Gabriel came to blows with Olivier last Thursday, and was arrested for misdemeanour battery.

Olivier made a citizen’s arrest against Gabriel during the altercation, which happened after Gabriel had dropped off his four-year-old daughter with Halle.

Gabriel sustained fractured ribs, a black eye and bruises in the showdown, and claims that Olivier was the aggressor.

Restraining orders were issued by Gabriel against Olivier and by the betrothed couple against Gabriel.

TMZ reports that the trio has reached an accord.

Outside family court on Thursday, Halle Berry’s lawyer Blair Berk and Gabriel’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley presented a jointly handwritten statement.

"The parties have reached an amicable agreement,” it read.

“There will be no further statements regarding this matter."

Further details on the peace negotiations have not been revealed.

Gabriel and Halle have been locked in a bitter custody battle over their daughter Nahla, with Halle eager to relocate her family to France.

A judge ruled in Gabriel’s favour just weeks ago decreeing that Halle could not move to Europe with the child.
