Aubry ‘blindsided by Martinez’s rage’

Gabriel Aubry reportedly requested that Halle Berry’s fiancé Olivier Martinez never be present at family exchanges.

French-Canadian model Gabriel came to blows with Olivier last Thursday and sustained fractured ribs, a black eye and bruises in the showdown. The brutal event occurred when Gabriel dropped off his four-year-old daughter Nahla at Halle’s house on Thanksgiving.

Gabriel claims that Halle’s future husband was the aggressor in the altercation.

Nahla’s parents and Olivier came to an “amicable agreement” at family court on Thursday.

Apparently Olivier will not have as big a presence moving forward.

"Olivier will NOT be present in the future during the times that Nahla is dropped off and picked up between Gabriel and Halle,” a source told Radar Online.

“This was very important to Gabe going forward because he feared for his safety. Gabe was supposed to have Nahla on Thanksgiving, according to their custody agreement, but Halle asked if she could have the little girl that day and Gabe said yes. He had no obligation to do so, but he had been acting in good faith and knew it meant a lot to Halle, so he did it. Gabe was absolutely blindsided by Olivier and his rage."
