Lawrence faces ‘three-way clash’ with ex at BAFTAs

Jennifer Lawrence may potentially face her ex-boyfriend Nicholas Hoult for the first time since their split at the BAFTAs this weekend.

The Silver Linings Playbook star and the English actor began dating shortly after they met in 2010 as co-stars in X-Men: First Class. The pair ended their relationship in January and the sting is reportedly still fresh.

To make matters more complicated, Jennifer’s Silver Linings Playbook co-star Bradley Cooper, who recently vehemently denied being romantic involved with the actress, may accompany her on the red carpet.

Event producers are terrified about a possible disagreeable run-in between the trio.

“Organisers are trying to avoid a three-way clash on the red carpet,” a source told British newspaper The Mirror.

"But as Jen and Brad are nominated for the same film, they will probably be seated together.

"But it might be a good chance for Jennifer to break the ice with Nick as well.

"They’re going to start filming together soon and their wounds still haven’t healed.”

It is rumoured that Jennifer may have moved on already.

Jennifer and Robert Pattinson, who is thought to have split from Kristen Stewart after the Golden Globe Awards last month, are apparently friends and have spent time together over awards season.

It’s now been claimed they are growing close romantically.

“They’ve met a few times in Hollywood – there was definite chemistry. They will see one another again,” an insider told Heat magazine recently.

The 66th British Academy Film Awards will be held at the Royal Opera House in London on Sunday February 10.
