Jennifer Aniston has been enjoying an East Coast “foodie tour” with her fiancé Justin Theroux.
The 44-year-old actress is in Connecticut, which is part of the tri-state area that also includes New York and New Jersey, is shooting the entitled Elmore Leonard Project alongside Tim Robbins and Isla Fisher.
People reports Jennifer has visited a number of popular local restaurants near where she is filming.
She even had an intimate romantic dinner with her fiancé Justin Theroux, who joined her on her foodie journeys, on Valentine’s Day in the city of Greenwich at Terra Ristorante Italiano.
The Italian restaurant serves food for those with a sophisticated palate and the couple enjoyed a fine repast “of a tre coloré salad (baby salad, arugula, radicchio, shaved Parmesan and balsamic-lemon vinaigrette) and Parmesan-crusted filet of sole.”
The owners of the restaurant did everything in their power to make the environment as amorous as possible.
"The kitchen was closed, and we made it special for them,” restaurant manager Jean Maxine De Givenchy told the publication.
Jennifer and Justin decided to take their food romance to New York City a few days later.
But on February 17, the dining occasion at Il Cantinori in Greenwich Village was decidedly more relaxed.
Although Jennifer and Justin did not engage in any intense public displays of affection, apparently they cuddled and sipped on white wine happily while in the presence of three dear friends.
“[They were] very happy, very casual, [and] relaxed [with] lots of laughing," fellow diner Tayma Gandur revealed to the magazine.
"[It was a] calm, chatty night out with friends.”
Following the New York weekender, Jennifer was back in Greenwich, Connecticut again enjoying another joyous meal at L’Escale restaurant in Delamar Greenwich Harbor hotel.
"She was having a cocktail," Terra Ristorante Italiano restaurant manager Jean Maxine De Givenchy, who bumped into Jennifer at L’Escale, recalled.
"I was surprised because she drank vodka on the rocks with a squeeze of fresh lemon [when she dined at Terra Ristorante Italiano]. At L'Escale, too, she was drinking the same thing. She was very happy, and she had some friends with her [and some people from the movie]. I [heard] her saying, 'Drink up girl, have fun!'"
