Sofía Vergara's red carpet dresses need to resemble "armoury" to keep her curves in check.
The 40-year-old Modern Family actress is famed for her voluptuous assets and although she is grateful for her womanly figure, it can be hard to find the perfect outfit.
"I mean, a normal girl will just put the dress on and leave. I need them to be like an armoury," she revealed in an interview with the April edition of Vogue magazine.
"You know, I am 40 years old, I had a baby, and I am a 32F boob. And they are real still. When they are fake, you take the bra off and they are still there, perfect! Me - no, so I have to bring them up!
"I spend more money on tweaking and fixing the clothes than the actual clothes... Once you know how to tweak it, you look like you are well dressed."
In a behind-the-scenes video, Sofía explained why she chooses to cover up her figure now. Her Columbian roots influenced her personal style more in the past.
"I think when you're so voluptuous it's kind of difficult to look chic. When I was younger I thought I had to accentuate my boobs all the time because I come from the Latin culture - you think that the more you have, the better you look," she explained.
"Now I try to be a little bit more conservative, for example, if I am wearing a low-cut dress, I don't wear a miniskirt. So now I am balanced."
In the interview, Sofía also discussed her plans to have more children. The stunning star has 21-year-old son Manolo Gonzalez with her previous husband and has now revealed her future family plans with her fiancé Nick Loeb.
"I have to be careful what I eat because they’re freezing my eggs!" she said. "They want to get as many eggs as they can because usually you produce them but they’re not good. They have to be perfect, perfect, perfect ones.
"My boyfriend is 37, younger than me, never had kids."
Sofía's revelation comes shortly after the National Enquirer claimed she and Nick were expecting a baby via surrogate.
“Rather than going through the trying process of hiring a stranger to serve as a surrogate, Sofía hand-picked one of her healthiest and closest friends,” a source told the magazine.
