Ben Stiller is reuniting with Luke Wilson for new comedy Brad's Status.

The old pals will reteam for a third time for director Mike White's new project, which he also penned.

Frost/Nixon star Michael Sheen and The Office U.S. actress Jenna Fischer have also signed on, joining Stiller and The Walking Dead actor Austin Abrams, who had previously been cast in the movie.

In Brad's Status, Stiller will star as a successful family man who secretly envies his old friends' better fortunes, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Production has already begun in Montreal, Canada, with Sidney Kimmel Entertainment (SKE) and Amazon co-financing the project. Meanwhile, Brad Pitt's Plan B Entertainment vehicle will be co-producing alongside SKE and Dave Bernad.

Speaking earlier this year SKE’s president John Penotti and president of production, Carla Hacken, shared their excitement at working with filmmaker White and Stiller.

“Mike White’s bold comedic voice echoes throughout this terrifically funny, and often poignant story about family, friends and the curveballs life throws our way,” they said in a statement.

“Ben Stiller has that rare ability to balance his amazing comedic skills with an emotional depth that brings us all closer to his characters. He’s so perfect for this great part.”

Stiller and Wilson previously co-starred in 2004's Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy and 2001's The Royal Tenenbaums, which also featured Stiller's frequent collaborator, Owen Wilson, brother of Luke Wilson.

The three actors, along with the likes of Jack Black, Will Ferrell, Vince Vaughn and Steve Carell, are considered to be part of Hollywood’s ‘Frat Pack’; a group of comedy stars who have appeared together in some of the highest-grossing funny flicks since the 1990s.
