Megan Fox has filed a $5 million (£3.6 million) lawsuit against Brad Pitt's manager Cynthia Pett-Dante, claiming she was part of a seller group that misled her into spending $3.2 million (£2.3 million) on a Malibu house in 2016.
The 32-year-old actress filed paperwork on Thursday (17May18), alleging that Pett-Dante was just one of the sellers who led her to believe she was purchasing a "paradise in bucolic Malibu where she could raise her young family".
Pregnant at the time and with two young sons with husband Brian Austin Green, Megan alleges the sellers failed to mention that the property was riddled with huge problems, according to TMZ.com.
The issues include the fact the house is on a slope that needs to be regraded, while several of the property's features, such as animal pens, stone walls and a storage building for livestock feed, are apparently not up to code.
Megan also claims in the documents that the house was covered in mould when she moved in - throughout the master bedroom and bathroom as well as her children's rooms - calling the property a "nightmarish living hell".
TMZ added that while they had reached out to Pett-Dante for comment, they have yet to receive a response.
Since buying the property, Megan has given birth to son Journey River Green - her third son with former Beverly Hills, 90210 star Brian.
Megan surprised fans with her pregnancy news in April 2016, when she debuted her baby bump at a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows event in Las Vegas, eight months after filing for divorce from Green.
The couple has since reconciled and the actress revealed she and Brian decided to give their marriage another go during a romantic vacation to Hawaii, where they tied the knot in 2010, shortly after going public with her baby news.
