Kim Kardashian worried she'd have to wet herself if she couldn't make it to the bathroom at the Met Gala.

In a teaser clip for her reality TV show Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kim is seen squeezing into a very unforgiving corset, as she perfected the stunning silhouette for her wet-look Thierry Mugler dress.

However, despite looking fabulous, the star had a more practical concern - how she'd fare if she needed to go to the bathroom.
As two assistants helped her into the garment, she commented: "If I have to pee, it's a problem.

"Honestly, if it's an emergency, I think I pee my pants and then have my sister wipe my leg up," she said, referring to Kendall and Kylie Jenner who also attended the bash, before adding: "I'm not even joking. She can wipe my leg up."
Not only was the outfit problematic when it came to bodily functions, the 38-year-old star revealed it also wasn't particularly comfortable, sharing: "Not only is this silicone (and) 500 hours of beading and making, but every little piece is itchy on the inside. It's pokey. So it pokes me."

Kim previously told The Wall Street Journal: "I have never felt pain like that in my life. I'll have to show you pictures of the aftermath when I took it off — the indentations on my back and my stomach."

The mother-of-four previously revealed she had to take breathing lessons from famed corset designer Mr. Pearl, who helped created the painful garment.

"7 months in the making and fittings in Montreal, Paris and LA. Corset breathing lessons from none other than Mr. Pearl. It was worth it all!! And this was the start of a magical inspiring connection," Kim said of her working relationship with Mugler.
