Peter Facinelli: My kids are my biggest fans

Peter Facinelli’s youngest daughter occasionally “confuses” movies with reality.

The 37-year-old actor portrays Dr. Carlisle Cullen in the Twilight series. Peter has three daughters, eight-year-old Lola Ray, 14-year-old Luca Bella and five-year-old Fionna Eve.

Peter deeply appreciates his youngest daughter Fionna Eve’s broad imagination.

“[Fionna Eve gets] a little confused at times,” Peter told People magazine. “[Once] she wanted to go outside late at night, and I said, ‘We can’t go outside, there are coyotes. She goes, ‘Dad, that’s not real. That’s only in your movies.’”

Peter’s children are avid fans of the Twilight series. They support their father in numerous ways.

“My [eight]-year-old daughter sleeps in Carlisle T-shirts, so that’s kind of cute,” Peter shared.

The actor’s eldest daughter prefers literature to fashion.

“My 14-year-old [Luca Bella] has read the first three books, she’s just reading the fourth one now,” he said.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 will be released in US cinemas on November 18.
