Listen up Fantastic Beasts and Harry Potter fans! In the heart of London’s Soho is truly entchanting gallery/shop dedicated to the graphic art of these enchanting films. Once inside, fans can discover so much more!

At first, The House of MinaLima seems perhaps a trifle claustrophobic but there is much more to it then meets the eye: fans can marvel at the wondrous and magical world of Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts over an impressive four floors and opens up a truly impressive display of graphic poster art and other treasures.
House of MinaLima was opened by Miraphora Mina and Eduardo Lima, two acclaimed and award-winning graphic artists who joined forces in 2002 to create the graphic universe of the Harry Potter films. In 2009 this successful collaboration led to launching their own design studio. After the last Harry Potter film was completed the creative pair traveled to the US to design all the graphic elements for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at the Universal Resort, Orlando. In 2015 they returned to Europe for Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find, but in between Miraphora and Eduardo were equally busy working on other films, for example, they designed the graphic props for Tim Burton's Sweeney Todd and Chris Weitz’ The Golden Compass (both 2007).

And now, in between other commissions, they are dedicating themselves to the house of MinaLima where in November last year the Fantastic Beasts: Crimes of Grindelwald's exhibition opened. Visitors are able to admire the entire treasury of their graphic arts but of course, in the shop on the ground level fans (and tourists) are able to purchase prints as well as related articles. Over 50 original prints relating to Fantastic Beasts are displayed in the upper galleries and an assistant invited to a free tour every forty minutes. From the "Ministère des Affaires Magiques de la France" to the posters for the Arcanus Circus - you can only marvel at the imagination of the two graphic artists! Especially interesting is the cover design for the first edition of Newt Scamanders' text book Fantastic Beasts and where to find them.

That said, the awesome duo most certainly does not rest on their well deserved laurels, far from it: in the meantime they designed the visuals style for two new books: Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald - The Original Screenplay, and The Archive of Magic - Explore the Film Wizardry of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald. But not only fantastic beasts have priority here. You can also read old issues from Potter’s The Daily Prophet magazine as well as letters from the Hogwarts Magic School.

The shop offers all sorts of ‘souvenirs’ for purchase - from coffee cups to wallets, candles, magic wands, notebooks, posters, cards and much, much more. Those interested in the graphic art of MinaLima are furthermore invited to buy fairytale pop-up books illustrated by Miraphora and Eduardo (published by Harper-Collins) like The Little Mermaid for example. Of course, as far as the Harry Potter/Fantastic Beasts graphic prints are concerned, they can also be bought, with the cheapest in the £20 to £40 range. However, for the more expensive prints you have to pay anything from £100 to £400+, dependin on size, limited edition and if and how much gold foil was used for the prints.

House of MinaLima opens daily from 12-19pm (last admission 15min before closing time) and you can find the shop at: 26 Greek Street, Soho, London W1D 5DE
