Anna Kendrick: Don’t disobey me, boys!

Anna Kendrick sees it as a "red flag" when a guy goes against what she's said.

The 29-year-old actress often offers up tips on relationships and is thought to be dating cinematographer Ben Richardson.

Anna is known for her strong personality and advises girls not to let men get away with certain things, such as ignoring their requests.

“If you tell a guy you don’t like being tickled and he tickles you anyway, that’s a red flag,” she insisted to O, The Oprah Magazine.

Away from the camera, when she’s not appearing in hit movies such as Into the Woods and Pitch Perfect, Anna enjoys simple pastimes just like everyone else. When she isn't updating her millions of fans on Twitter, the brunette beauty gets stuck into finding out about other people's triumphs.

“Spending hours scrolling through baking blogs. I like reading about people’s journeys to master a recipe. It feels like a small victory in the world," she smiled about her best guilty pleasure.

In a photo to accompany the interview, Anna looks cute with her long tresses worn down and a slick of red lipstick.

Despite rocking a feminine style on the red carpet and for magazine shoots, the star turns to a certain men's item as a wardrobe staple.

“A man’s hat, because I have a big head and hate doing my hair. I prefer wide brims that aren’t too small or too large – a happy medium between a fedora and a Faye Dunaway-size," she added.

Anna also features on the cover of the latest issue of Nylon magazine. During a chat with the publication she touched upon what puts her off someone when meeting for the first time.

"Sometimes I meet people who are too confident," she quipped. "I’m like, ‘I don’t even like being around you. You’re boring. Get a neurosis, and then we’ll talk.'"
