Anna Kendrick went home and tucked into a frozen meal after her Elle magazine Twitter takeover.
The Up in the Air star joined forces with the glossy publication after featuring as their July cover star.
While she went to work on the set of Pitch Perfect 2, she also updated Elle’s followers with her goings-on throughout the day, which ended with Anna heading home to eat a meal for one.
“Thank you Elle for letting me takeover your twitter today! I'm heading home to a nice frozen meal! .... I'm so lonely.... Kisses!! –Anna (sic),” Anna posted.
Anna is well known for her witty posts on the micro blogging site, and kept Elle’s fans entertained all day with on-set photos and remarks about a mix-up regarding a Beyoncé song.
“That was NOT a new Beyonce song, that was a remix. Had me all excited w/ that misleading title. On my takeover day? How dare you Elle. –Anna (sic),” she tweeted after excitedly sharing a link to a song she thought was new.
Anna looks stunning on the cover of the US edition of Elle, lounging around a pool wearing a red dress with glamorous big hair.
In the accompanying article, the 28-year-old star talks candidly about her parents' divorce and the stigma often attached to coming from a “broken home”.
“I hate when people think you’re broken because your parents are divorced. And I really reject the idea of staying together for the kids. If they’re growing up in a house that’s not healthy, it’s better to know that’s not the model of what marriage should be,” she sighed.
She was also happy to talk about her chest size and the lack of importance she places on good looks.
“I’ve never felt like I’ve exactly traded on my looks. When I was a teenager, I was an ultra late bloomer, and my mom would say it was a blessing, because it means you never have to wonder if guys are only interested in you because you’ve got boobs. I would have been thrilled if guys were interested in me because of my boobs!” she laughed.
“Similarly, I think I’m lucky that I’ve never had a crisis about whether the only reason I’m successful is because I’m crazy hot. It’s not something that crosses my mind.”
