Brooke Mueller was rushed to the emergency room after overdosing on drugs.

The 35-year-old socialite and mother of Charlie Sheen’s three-year-old twin sons Bob and Max has a history of drug abuse, but was thought to be sober for several months.

The Los Angeles City Fire Department told TMZ that Brooke was rushed from her home in the San Fernando Valley to a Los Angeles hospital just before noon on Friday.

Brooke is now conscious and responsive. It is unknown how extreme the overdose was.

She was seen leaving Mr. Chow’s restaurant in Beverly Hills Thursday night with drug-induced wide eyes.

Apparently Brooke’s loved ones are “deeply concerned” for her welfare, as she has allegedly been abusing narcotics for several weeks.

Brooke was arrested in Aspen, Colorado, last December and charged with felony drug possession and misdemeanour assault. She spent 12 weeks in the famous Cirque Lodge facility in Sundance, Utah, to battle her drug and alcohol addiction earlier this year.

She has been in rehab over 15 times.
