Sandra Bullock thinks its “ridiculous” that she’s been voted People magazine’s World’s Most Beautiful Woman 2015.

The Blind Side actress beat a wealth of stunning peers to receive the accolade. But upon receiving the news, the 50-year-old admits she couldn't help but laugh.

“No, really. I just said, 'That's ridiculous,'” she told the outlet. "I've told no one."

For Sandra, true beauty is not spoken. The Oscar winner believes that can be hard to find, especially in look-orientated Hollywood.

“Real beauty is quiet. Especially in this town, it's just so hard not to say, 'Oh, I need to look like that,'” she explained. "No, be a good person, be a good mom, do a good job with the lunch, let someone cut in front of you who looks like they're in a bigger hurry. The people I find most beautiful are the ones who aren't trying."

Motherhood is Sandra’s biggest achievement, having adopted her five-year-old son Louis as a baby. The brunette beauty raises her little boy as a single parent having split from former husband Jesse James in the early stages of the adoption process.

The mother and son are particularly close and she revealed to the publication that Louis is the one who pays her the best compliments.

“I was putting him to bed and told him that even when I'm old and grey and more wrinkly than I am now, I'll still love him and want to tuck him in," she recalled with a smile. "And he asked why I have wrinkles, and I said, 'Well, I hope some of them are from laughing so much.' And he touched my face and said, 'You're not old, you're just happy.' "
