Sandra Bullock has opened up about her awkward sex scenes with George Clooney.
The actress features opposite the dashing Hollywood star in forthcoming sci-fi drama Gravity. She's warning fans it’s somewhat raunchy.
“Oh my gosh, there’s so much space sex in this film,” she laughed to Access Hollywood.
But what may puzzle audiences most is how the pair filmed zero-gravity love scenes. The issue made for an interesting shoot.
“People don’t understand how we did it. It’s a lot slower than in real life because of the whole zero gravity thing,” she joked. “Imagine how difficult those suits were to take off. Yeah, it’s awesome.”
Sandra seems to think her racy escapades with George may even qualify as some of the best moments in the Alfonso Cuaron-directed picture.
“I’d say I know you’re gonna get tired watching it, but it’s worth the wait. Space sex,” she laughed.
Fortunately Sandra and George have known each other for over 20 years so stripping down was not as embarrassing as it could have been.
If anything were to go wrong between them on set the actress has plenty of gossip she could use as leverage against her pal.
“We knew each other before either one of us had a career. I have a lot of dirt on him, he’s got a lot of dirt on me,” she mused.
Sandra said the pair have always supported one another. In all seriousness she couldn’t be more proud of George and his accomplishments.
“It’s really nice to see George become the man he has in this business as a director, as a producer, as a writer. I like George a lot,” the actress added.
Gravity is scheduled for US release in October.
