Daniel Craig: Stewart couldn't be Bond girl

Daniel Craig has joked Kristen Stewart wouldn’t make a good Bond girl.
The British actor has been busy promoting latest 007 instalment Skyfall, which features Bérénice Marlohe and Naomie Harris as his female co-stars.
Kristen recently expressed an interest in taking on the coveted role of a Bond girl, but Daniel isn’t so sure the 22-year-old is right for the job.
“Would she make a good Bond girl' No, she’s in Twilight,” he quipped to Australian radio show hosts Kyle and Jackie O.
“No, I’m being nasty. It’s only because the film is coming out at the same time [as Twilight: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 in Australia], we’re in direct competition! I’m sure she’d make a great Bond girl.”
The latest movie in the spy franchise features a theme tune by award-winning British singer Adele.
Whereas Daniel is a fan of the ballad, he isn’t so keen on other contemporary music.
“No, I’m not a closet One Direction fan. I wouldn’t know a One Direction song if it sat on my face,” he insisted when asked if he listens to the boyband on his iPod.
“It’s always that thing, where if you put your iPod on shuffle there will be that one song where someone will say, ‘What the f**k is this about'’ I’ve kind of gone off iPods, I’m sick of them because they sound like sh*t. I like vinyl. I like a bit of everything... I don’t want to try and name bands and try to sound hip.”
