David Arquette has not broken up with his fiancée Christina McLarty.

The 43-year-old actor-and-nightclub-owner was caught on video having a public argument with his 33-year-old love over the weekend. Although he apparently declared that he was finished with the relationship, it seems they have patched things up.

"Everything is fine,” a representative for David told British newspaper The Mirror. “They are not split."

In the video obtained by MailOnline, the Scream actor yelled at Christina that he was “done” with their relationship.

This happened as the former television host was seemingly crying and running after him down Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles. They had just emerged from popular celebrity hotspot Craig’s Restaurant.

“That's it, I can't take it any more,” David was heard declaring.

Christina asked him to stop and come back, but her fiancé kept walking. With his shirt un-tucked and looking dishevelled, he called back at her to let her know his sentiments.

“I'm done, I'm sorry. Just like the last guy. I'm just like him," said the bearded star.

But it seems that the argument was later resolved, with their relationship remaining on track according to his reps.

David and Christina became engaged in July, three months after they welcomed their first child together, Charlie West. Prior to that they had been dating since 2011, with their relationship enduring the occasional break.

The brunette beauty was formerly married to Girls Gone Wild mogul Joe Francis until 2010. David was married to actress Courteney Cox, and they divorced in 2013.
