Jennifer Garner “can’t keep up” with Ben Affleck.

The Alias actress and The Sum of All Fears actor tied the knot in 2005 and share three children together, including eight-year-old Violet, five-year-old Seraphina and two-year-old Samuel. And it appears that nearly a decade of marriage and three children hasn’t slowed the couple down.

“I can’t keep up with him, clearly,” Jennifer told Extra. “He could bench me, but yeah, we work out at the same time. I do my little mini workout.”

Ben will portray legendary comic book character Batman in the upcoming film Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which is set to hit theatres in 2016. The actor admitted the role required him to spend a “lot of time working out” earlier this year in an interview with Entertainment Weekly.

“I can tell you that every time I do a role, it’s the responsibility of an actor to get their physical self as close to the role as possible. And Batman’s obviously got a set of expectations that are tough,” he told the publication at the time.

Apparently, his wife thinks his efforts were a huge success. She shared her husband was “eight or seven percent body fat and all muscle” in her interview with Extra.

“Big Ben is definitely looking buff,” the Dallas Buyers Club star said.

Following a busy start to 2013, including promoting Oscar-winning film Argo, Ben proclaimed he was ready to take time off and relax. However, it appears the Men, Women & Children actress had other plans for her man.

“Jennifer is going to work,” he told People magazine last year, adding, “And she told me to go to the gym.”
