Guy Ritchie is officially married to Jacqui Ainsley, according to reports.

The 46-year-old Sherlock Holmes director popped the question to the 33-year-old English model in 2012.

And according to Us Weekly the couple tied the knot on Thursday July 30 in a star-studded ceremony.

The nuptials were held at Guy’s property Ashcombe House in Wiltshire, England, a manor he once owned with his former wife Madonna.

Numerous white tents were erected on the grounds for the event, which was attended by the likes of David Beckham, Brad Pitt, Jason Statham and his girlfriend Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

Brad and Jason starred in Guy’s 2000 comedy Snatch. together, with David preparing to take on a role in the filmmaker’s forthcoming flick Knights of the Roundtable: King Arthur. Apparently many of the guests will be camping out overnight in the teepees. The Daily Mail reports George Clooney and his wife Amal Alamuddin, Trudie Styler and Gwyneth Paltrow were among the other high-profile guests invited to the wedding.

Guy and Jacqui have been together since 2010, having started dating two years after he ended his eight-year marriage with former spouse Madonna.

Guy shares three children with Jacqui, including three-year-old son Rafael, two-year-old daughter Rivka and one-month-old daughter Levi.

He is also father to two tots from his union with Madonna, sons Rocco, 14, and adopted child David, nine.

Guy has previously spoken about why his divorce didn’t create a jaded attitude for him in the realm of romance.

"I enjoyed my first marriage. It's definitely not something I regret," he told Details magazine. "The experience was ultimately very positive. I love the kids that came out of it, and I could see no other route to take."
