Hilary Duff 'gets flirty with trainer'

Hilary Duff was apparently "touchy and flirty" during a night out with her trainer.

The singer-and-actress split from husband Mike Comrie last year and they are currently trying to decide custody of their son Luca, three.

On Friday the star enjoyed a night out in West Hollywood with her trainer Jason Walsh and according to sources, it looked like they are more than friends.

“They were very touchy and flirty,” an eyewitness told Us Weekly. “It seemed like a date night.”

And hunky Jason makes a fine date, as he even escorted Hilary to the bathroom during the evening.

“[It was] very gentleman-like," the insider added.

While it might seem like Hilary is moving on, recent reports suggested she is still very close to her ex Mike. Despite announcing their split in January last year, Hilary only filed for divorce February 2015 and they have been spotted looking close on many occasions.

Their most recent meet-up is thought to have been a breakfast, where it's claimed they didn't act like an estranged couple.

"Hilary and Mike were very affectionate, openly kissing and touching. Their son wasn't with them. It seemed like more of a date," an insider told American OK! magazine.

Any rumors of an acrimonious relationship seemed to be quashed, with the source adding: "It seems to be the opposite. They looked happy and in love - she was giggling while he played with her hair. They seemed very relaxed and comfortable with each other.

"[They] didn't care who was watching."
