Ireland Baldwin provides hospital update

Ireland Baldwin is in hospital for appendicitis.

The 19-year-old model, who is the daughter of actress Kim Basinger and actor Alec Baldwin, shared her health news with fans via Twitter on Friday.

But the stunning blonde assured her followers the serious medical issue has been well taken care of.

“appendicitis swag thanks for all of your concern (sic),” she tweeted, inserting a red heart emoji into the middle of the message.

Ireland capped off the Twitter update by attaching a photo of herself in a wheelchair taken in the hallways of a sterile medical facility.

She seemed to have alluded to the medical issue on April 1, writing in a Twitter post that has since been deleted: “I can’t move”.

According to E! Online, Ireland arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles Thursday night around 8:50pm. It’s claimed she was in visibly excruciating pain, crying as responders attended to her.

Apparently father Alec was close by at Ireland’s side as she was admitted to hospital.

Ireland has been grabbing headlines all week.

Earlier on Thursday, Ireland shared extremely sexy, nearly nude images of herself posing for photographer Tyler Kandel. In some of these black and white photos, Ireland clearly has no underwear on.

Although the Internet went wild over her Tyler Kandel images, at the start of her career Ireland’s curves weren’t well received by some critics.

“Of course I get those comments about how I am too fat to model, how I am not model material, how I am an unattractive girl, how I am too tall, etc…. I understand that I am not a size .008 (sic),” she wrote on her Tumblr page in 2013, noting she’s often compared to her gorgeous mother Kim. “I have battled many different struggles with self-esteem and body image issues. I AM NOT MY PARENTS.”
