JLaw and Chris 'split for second time'

Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin have reportedly parted ways for a second time.

The Hollywood beauty and Coldplay musician were first linked last year but apparently split briefly at the end of 2014 before getting back together in December. Neither confirmed their romance but they had been spotted out together on several occasions and there were even reports that Jennifer had moved in with Chris at his Malibu home.

However, just as rumours were hotting up Us Weekly claims the couple have broken up once again. It's thought to be down to the 24-year-old actress' busy film schedule.

“Jen has been working nonstop and they never saw each other,” an insider told the publication.

One of the movies Jennifer is currently working on is the upcoming X-Men flick, Apocalypse. It was on the set of the superhero films that she met her ex-boyfriend Nicholas Hoult, who she dated on and off for almost three years until the summer of 2014.

It will be their third feature together and the former couple are said to be getting along better than ever now that time has passed.

“They’re on great terms now,” the insider added. “And their families have stayed close.”

The pair must be comfortable in each other's company as recently a deleted scene from X-Men: Days of Future Past was released online which sees their characters, Raven/Mystique and Hank/Beast, kissing passionately. It's not clear whether it was filmed before they split up and during the clip their mutant alter egos speak of what could have been between them.

"Do you remember one of the last things you said to me? That I would never be deemed beautiful looking like this," Mystique, in her true blue form, tells Beast, who is also blue but sports hair. "Do you still think that?"
