Joe Manganiello loves pushing boundaries

Joe Manganiello would be "in jail for life" if he was on trial for his Magic Mike antics.

The actor appears in the XXL sequel of the stripper film, bringing his hunky character Big Dick Richie back to the silver screen.

With scenes that include grinding against a Pepsi machine to get a checkout girl's attention, the 38-year-old realises the fun flick is pushing the boundaries.

“If I ever had to go to trial for all of the things that I do in this film, I would probably go [to jail] for life,” he laughed to New York Daily News.

“If I were to try and pull that off in a convenience store myself, I’d probably be arrested, or someone would call the police. That’s the beauty of the film. There are scenes you see in this movie that you are never going to see in another movie.”

The True Blood star is engaged to Colombian beauty Sofía Vergara, who often gushes publically about how amazing her beau is. And it seems she's in for a few more treats, as her husband-to-be has picked up some tips on set.

"What we delve into is: how do you better serve a woman'” he explained.

“Men are so visually-oriented, so it’s like, ‘Here’s some money. Take your clothes off.' But women want to give their money and be taken on an adventure. What that requires is for a man to listen and be emotionally intelligent enough to pick up those clues, or at least have a sixth sense about what that woman actually does want.”
