Julianne Hough: Relationships are tough

Julianne Hough says being in love with Ryan Seacrest is hard “work”.

The 23-year-old blonde beauty and the American Idol host have busy schedules which sometimes makes it difficult to see each other. However, the Footloose star says they always find a way.

“I say this all the time, but when it’s worth it, you just kind of figure it out,” she told Star magazine. “You just make it work.”

Julianne says that with Thanksgiving fast approaching, she is planning to see her family and Ryan’s relatives. The star has a big task ahead of her as she is hosting the holiday at her home in Los Angeles.

“I’m cooking, but I can’t cook all the food,” she confessed and added that Ryan has asked Martha Stewart for advice.

“I’m all about the holidays – decorating, family time, playing games and cooking,” Julianne explained. “I love all that!”

However, there is one aspect she will not be obsessing over and that is staying trim over the festive season.

“I say, just work out the way you usually work out and enjoy the holidays,” she advised. “If you are too stressed about it, you will pack it on and keep it on. Just have a good time and you can take it off in January.”
