Kaley Cuoco and Johnny Galecki continue to battle rumours about their relationship.
The Big Bang Theory co-stars secretly dated between 2007 and 2010, but they were only open about their romance after they had gone their separate ways. They managed to remain friends and it seems Johnny has helped his ex following the breakdown of her marriage to Ryan Sweeting after less than two years, with claims they might be rekindling things. The pair were spotted looking cosy at a party in Los Angeles earlier in November (15), and those close to them believe love is looming.
"Johnny helped Kaley deal with her failed marriage to Ryan and that's what brought them closer together again," an insider told Britain's Heat magazine. "They spend long hours on the set together and have a lot of love scenes. I think their feelings for each other came back as soon as she was single again, and it seems they want to give it another go."
The pair have been happy to post pictures of themselves together on social media, including one where Johnny was biting Kaley's shoulder. As they have been friends for so long it could be that they are just enjoying hanging out, but insiders are adamant there is more going on.
"They survived their first breakup and stayed friends, so this time they don't want anything to happen to mess that up," the source said. "I don't think they ever got over each other in the first place - Kaley was rushing into relationships, engagements and even marriage just to try and get over Johnny and she couldn't."
Kaley was engaged to Josh Resnik in 2011, but the relationship didn't work out.
Despite the speculation, the co-stars have insisted they are just good friends and in October (15) Kaley even blasted the rumours about them on Instagram.
Alongside a snap of herself and Johnny pumping fists while sitting on a bench, Kaley wrote: “So sorry to disappoint, but no home wreckers or secret flings going on here.
“Me and @sanctionedjohnnygalecki are just the best of buds – Leonard and Penny (their The Big Bang Theory characters) will just have to suffice!!!"
