Kevin Connolly reveals no one on the Entourage set is taking it for granted.

Kevin is reprising his role as Eric Murphy in the big screen outing of hit TV show Entourage. He’s been reunited with fellow original co-stars Jeremy Piven, Adrian Grenier and Kevin Dillon, and says they are all thankful for the opportunity.

“It’s great. We always said eight years and a movie, how many people can say that' So few people can say that. So we’re a lucky bunch, not one person has taken one day on this set for granted so we’re all just happy to be here,” Kevin smiled to Collider.

“It’s been a tremendous experience, and again, we’re so lucky. There’s a lot of great shows but very few great shows have parleyed that into a movie, so it’s quite an accomplishment.”

Entourage will hit cinemas in June, and the guys all had a blast making it. Unfortunately Kevin’s last days of shooting were hampered by an on-set injury that left his leg in a cast.

Luckily, he was able to have his jeans altered to fit the new accessory.

Entourage enjoyed eight seasons on air, before finishing in 2011. Kevin thinks it’s the normal nature of the characters that has made the franchise such a hit.

“I think – and this is nothing against myself or my fellow cast mates – that there’s an average quality about the guys that people just sort of relate to. I think people watch the show and think, ‘These guys are nothing special, if these guys can make it maybe there’s a hope for me out there,'” he mused.
