Kris Jenner has supposedly “dramatically increased security” at her home.
The 58-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is said to have been receiving disturbing threats towards her famous family recently.
And in an effort to protect her youngest children, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Kris apparently partnered up with estranged husband Bruce to contact authorities.
“Bruce and Kris made the decision to get the FBI involved after the threats escalated and included very specific information about threats made against Kendall and Kylie,” a source told Radar Online. “This is being taken very seriously and Kris has dramatically increased security at her Hidden Hills compound.”
According to the outlet, an FBI raid took place last Friday in relation to Kris’ complaints to the federal investigative agency. It’s claimed agents raided a hotel room at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills and detained a woman for questioning over the alleged death threats.
Kris is purportedly feeling upset over having to fear for her life in the comfort of her own home.
“It’s very concerning because over the years, there have been photographers that have been able to gain access to Kris’ gated community,” the source said. “Even if you don’t like the Kardashians, no one deserves to live like a prisoner in their own home. Kris also has a bodyguard with her for the foreseeable future.”
Kris’ daughter Kim Kardashian is currently residing at her mother’s home with husband Kanye West and their daughter North.
The couple are purportedly concerned over Kris’ welfare and have offered to pay for the extra security.
“[Kimye] generously offered, actually insisted that they pay for the added security,” the source revealed. “Not only because they also live at the house with their daughter, North, but because they will do anything for Kris. Kanye might butt heads with Kris at times, but he genuinely loves her, and will do anything to protect her.”
