Kylie Jenner is apparently trying to find her "niche" in the showbiz industry.

The 17-year-old is the half-sister of Kim, Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian and they all found fame as reality TV stars. Her older sibling Kendall, 18, has recently hit the big-time on the catwalk, modelling for the likes of Marc Jacobs and Chanel.

It's thought Kylie, who has written a book and collaborated on clothing lines in the past, is now keen to home in one talent and make a name for herself.

"Kylie's growing increasingly jealous of Kendall and it's driving a wedge between them," a source sighed to British magazine Reveal.

"Privately Kylie has been complaining that she needs to find a way into the spotlight. She feels like all of her siblings have a niche and she's left out."

The girls' mother, Kris Jenner, is known for pushing her daughters' careers and has even been dubbed their "momager". It's believed she's keen to see her youngest flourish.

"Mom Kris is trying to find ways to get Kylie in the public eye," the insider continued.

"She's her 'shy one' and Kris suggested acting classes, but Kylie hasn't taken to the idea."

The Kardashian clan are known for being on reality TV and have gained various collaborations with companies as a result. However, Kylie could buck the trend and decide she wants to stay in education.

"She's considering college and a break from the family business," the source added.

"Kim likes the idea, she's always wanted her youngest sisters not to miss out on the 'normal' stuff."
