Lake Bell gets anxiety just thinking about Tinder.

The dating app has become popular with singletons all over the world, but the 36-year-old says it's not for her.

Luckily she's been married to Scott Campbell since 2013, and they have daughter Nova together. However if they were to split, Lake wouldn't turn to Tinder for company.

"No. In a word, no. I see my friends on Tinder and it gives me high anxiety," Lake told British magazine ShortList. "I'm already on too many things. If there was another app I had to nurture I think I would implode. I've got Instagram, my daughter's private Instagram, Twitter, Dropcam to see my daughter in the monitor, Pinterest. I've got, sh*t... I don't know, Trulia, because I look at real estate for fun."

Dating is the topic of conversation for Lake as she's currently starring in Man Up, a film about finding love accidentally.

Simon Pegg co-stars, playing Jack who mistakes Lake's character Nancy for his blind date.

"It's far more badass to go forth with gusto than to act cool," Lake advised. "If you going to jump in the pool, just f**king jump in the pool. It might be cold, but you're not gonna die; if you're going to be out there then take a chance and feel love, fall in love, be bold."

The brunette star gushes that Simon was "awesome" to work with, and said the pair were attuned to one another from the get-go.
