Liberty Ross’ divorce from director Rupert Sanders has been made official.

The English model filed papers after photographs of her husband kissing actress Kristen Stewart surfaced in July 2012. The couple were married for ten years when his infidelity came to light and TMZ have now obtained the settlement agreement.

“Liberty gets the family house, two other London houses, $25,000 a month in spousal support for the next four years and $14,000 a month in child support for their two children,” the outlet reported.

The 35-year-old also gets 15 per cent of the profits that Rupert gets from his movies, with the exception of Snow White, which is the film he was directing Kristen in when their relationship began. The director gets to keep their Malibu home and has joint custody of their children, daughter Skyla and son Tennyson.

Liberty married the 43-year-old in 2002 and the couple soon moved to Los Angeles to further his career.

The brunette beauty has since moved on from her failed marriage and has been in a relationship with music executive Jimmy Lovine. In October last year, she opened up to America’s Vanity Fair magazine about what she had gone through post break-up.

“I have no words to describe what we went through. But I think, for me, something always has to completely die for there to be a rebirth. And, for me, I feel like I’m going through a rebirth,” she said.

“It was horrible. It was really the worst, really the worst.”
