Michelle Rodriguez: I speed in Prius

Michelle Rodriguez confesses she travels at fast rates in her hybrid sedan.

The Fast & Furious 6 actress stars in the action film featuring dangerous swift moving cars with Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson and Luke Evans.

Michelle reveals she is not always a defensive driver on the road.

She told Extra she speeds sometimes, joking that authorities don’t bother her because she drives a Toyota.

"[I drive fast], but I drive a Prius and the cops don't care," she jested at the film’s Los Angeles red carpet premiere this week.

Unfortunately co-star Luke doesn’t have as much luck with the law as Michelle does.

He recently received a speeding violation that has marred his impeccable driving record.

"I got it while I was doing this movie!" Luke said. "I blame Fast & Furious completely for it."

The moving infraction was incomparable to the types of stunts performed in the movie.

Luke was driving 38 miles per hour in a 30 mile per hour speed zone.

"I try to abide by the rules most of the time,” Luke smiled.

Fast & Furious 6 will be released in US cinemas this weekend.
