(Cover) - EN Movies - Michelle Rodriguez says she and her co-star Milla Jovovich used to be “wild”.
The pair worked together on the hit 2002 movie Resident Evil. Next month, film fans will see them reprise their roles for the latest instalment in the sci-fi franchise, Resident Evil: Retribution.
But Michelle insists they have both calmed down in recent years.
“I’ve had the whole of my twenties to grow since I was last there. Milla and I used to be wild – now we’re like two civilised ladies,” she told Total Film magazine.
“Of course I’ve danced with the Devil, plenty of times. And you know what? I maintained my integrity the whole time.”
The 34-year-old actress has carved out a career playing tough girls on the big screen. Despite appearing in films such as Avatar, S.W.A.T. and Battle: Los Angeles, Michelle insists she still hasn’t got to grips with her success.
“Every movie I make,” she replied when asked if she ever feels like she is dreaming. “You walk on to the set of Resident Evil and see things exploding and dead people running past, it’s surreal. But it’s also such a warm, playful environment. It felt like a school reunion.”
