Miley 'wants Patrick to have her back'

Miley Cyrus reportedly wishes her boyfriend was "more supportive" of her actions.

The 22-year-old singer has shocked the world over the last year with her controversial antics. Most recently she made jaws drop by posing nude for photos which appear in V magazine, with one showing her fully naked with nothing but bath bubbles covering her modesty.

She's currently dating Patrick Schwarzenegger, son of action star Arnold, and the pair are often spotted out looking loved up. However, it's thought Miley wants her beau to stick up for her more amid constant criticism regarding her racy snaps.

"Miley feels Patrick could be more supportive, and hates the idea that his family might be judging her. She's pushing him to defend her, and lashed out when he tackled her about the photos," an insider told British magazine Closer. "Everyone's worried about the impact her antics may have on their relationship."

Patrick, 21, has apparently told Miley to tone it down, especially as the raunchy pictures follow the release of a snap which appears to show her in a recording studio with cannabis and white powder. His feelings for her may be strong, but his parents Arnold and Maria Shriver are said to be equally anxious about the blonde star's conduct.

"Patrick adores Miley, but he's becoming concerned about her behaviour, and has pleaded with her to tone down the antics," the insider added. "It seems he's beginning to come under some pressure from his parents to bring an end to their relationship because of his family's political associations."

This doesn't appear to be stopping Miley though, who continues to post revealing pictures on her Instagram page almost daily.
