Milian talks Valentine’s Day romance

Christina Milian wants a “romantic one-on-one dinner” this Valentine’s Day.

The 33-year-old songstress is rumoured to be dating rapper Lil Wayne, although the coy pop star has yet to confirm whether this is true.

When asked about her plans for Valentine’s Day this year, it appears Christina expects to spend the holiday with a special someone.

“Ideal? Ooh, I want a nice, romantic one-on-one dinner,” she told Latina magazine. “I want to go some place. I want to get out cause sometimes it’s like — in my situation we spend a lot of time working and stuff like that, so it’s nice to kind of let go of the phones, turn them off. I would love to go to a restaurant on the beach. And that could be in Miami, or that could be in Malibu, or Bahamas, Mexico. My ideal one would be on a yacht in the middle of Cabo. There you go. Dinner for two.”

During her conversation with the publication, Christina spoke about some of her weirdest romance-related interactions.

One time, a man came up to her delivering the lamest pick-up line of all time.

“Are your feet hurting?” she recalled the unidentified wannabe suitor saying. “I’m like no, why? Oh, because you’ve been running through my mind all day. I had a guy use it on me and I was like, ‘Hi, nice to meet you! No thanks, I don’t know you.’”

Christina’s new reality TV show Christina Milian Turned Up premiered on E! earlier this month.

It’s believed the programme will surely include an appearance by her musical partner and rumoured boyfriend Lil Wayne.

Although she’s chosen to keep mum on the true nature of their relationship, the singer recently came close to admitting they’re engaged in a love affair.

"Lil Wayne and I are really close. We have a very close personal relationship and I really like him a lot. We have a great chemistry," Christina told the audience at Watch What Happens Live.
