Ryan Reynolds doesn’t want a “pretentious” name for his first child.

The actor’s wife, Blake Lively, announced earlier this month the couple are expecting.

And Ryan revealed at the weekend he’s been in deep contemplation about what they’ll call the little boy or girl.

“On the plane over here I was trying to think of baby names,” he told Canadian entertainment show etalk while receiving a star on Canada’s Walk of Fame, People.com reports. “I don’t want a name that’s anything pretentious or, like, Hollywood-y,” he explained, musing: “So I’m going with Excalibur Anaconda Reynolds… that’s if it’s a girl."

If it’s a boy, Ryan has other ideas.

Apparently a Keeping Up with the Kardashians fan, he joked: “Bruce Jenner.”

Blake and Ryan married in a secret ceremony in 2012 and she spoke about how excited she was to start a family with him shortly afterwards.

"I've always wanted a big family... Oh, I'd love 30 [children] if I could," she told Allure magazine.

On October 6, Blake announced the happy news on her new lifestyle blog, Preserve.

"Preserve at its core is about family. Family is the single word our founder, Blake built this home on," the post read.

"We have something for men, for women, for the old, but we realized, we don’t have anything for the new," it continued, accompanied by a photo of the actress cradling her growing baby bump.

"With family on our mind, we looked to the origin of it all - to the women in our lives who are right there, at that special moment; at the creation of family."
