Rob Schneider welcomes daughter

Actor Rob Schneider has become a father for the second time, his representatives confirm.

The 49-year-old Deuce Bigalow comedic actor and his wife TV producer Patricia Azarcoya Arce have welcomed daughter Miranda Scarlett Schneider into the world.

People magazine reports that baby Miranda was born on Friday November 16 at 8:59p.m.

At time of birth, Miranda was 5 lbs.13 oz. and 18in. long.

Patricia was in labour for 19 hours, but mother and child are reportedly doing well.

“Mommy and Baby [are] happy and healthy!” Rob wrote on Twitter.

Funnyman Rob and Patricia opted for a private ceremony in Beverly Hills in 2011.

This is the second marriage for the comedian, who previously wed London King. The pair have one child together, a daughter named Elle King.

Rob has most recently appeared in American romantic comedy You May Not Kiss the Bride starring opposite Mena Suvari and Kathy Bates.
