Zoe Saldana’s days are “filled with twin action”.

The 36-year-old actress welcomed sons Cy and Bowie, her first children with husband Marco Perego, into the world in November last year.

And now the pair are starting to get into a routine with their boys. However, there are some aspects of daily life that are proving a little difficult.

Zoe posted an hilarious shot of Marco struggling to get out of their front door while holding the twins in matching carriers on Instagram on Friday.

“Our days now are filled with #twin action! Seriously, the 3 of them couldn't get through the door at the same time. We couldn't stop laughing. #bliss,” Zoe captioned the shot.

It’s good to see that Zoe’s spirits have returned, after a difficult week which saw the 36-year-old attend the funeral of her former Star Trek co-star Leonard Nimoy.

Zoe starred as Uhura in the 2009 big-screen adaptation Star Trek and its 2013 sequel, Star Trek Into Darkness.

The stunning actress confirmed the arrival of her twin boys with a sweet Twitter post over the New Year.

“Happy #2015 ! Starting our #NewYear with a fullhouse. Our boys are finally here! Thank U 4 all the beautiful wishes!” Zoe wrote alongside a picture of two toys and two bottles.

She later added: “Our boys CY and BOWIE are finally here. #marcoperego and I wanted to thank you for your beautiful wishes and for your patience."

Zoe’s rep confirmed exclusively to US Weekly on January 2 that the star had welcomed twin sons Cy Aridio and Bowie Ezio Perego-Saldana on November 27, adding that “mother and sons are happy and healthy”.
