Scott Disick is apparently selling his Beverly Hills homes in a bid to win back Kourtney Kardashian.

Kourtney's former partner is known for his hard partying ways, which have seen him end up in rehab numerous times. He recently completed his latest stint in a treatment facility following his split from Kourtney in July (15). Now TMZ report the 32-year-old has come up with a master plan to win back his former flame; move into the same Californian neighbourhood as Kourtney's sister Kim and mother Kris Jenner.

According to the website he'll "unload his Beverly Hills pad", which was alleged to have hosted raucous parties filled with women.

The sale of the property will also see Scott benefit financially, as TMZ sources claim he bought it for $3.69 million but it's now worth upwards of $4 million. This has apparently given Scott a taste for real estate, and he'll be looking to make this his main source of income since shunning paid nightclub appearances following his rehab stay.

Scott and Kourtney were together for nine years before they separated and they have children Mason, Penelope and Reign. His new property will reportedly be a stone's throw away from their pad.

Scott's been seen out house hunting with Josh Altman from US TV real estate show Million Dollar Listing.

Last week (beg16Nov15) an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians aired in which Kourtney explained her split from Scott. The scenes were shot in July, and saw the 36-year-old telling her family about the decision.

"I don't care about anybody," she said. "I just want to care for my kids.

"I have asked Scott to move out of the house. As much as we've tried so many different things, it's just, this is the last resort. It's really not helping anybody to keep living this way, and I feel like this is what we need to try to hopefully better both of our lives."
