Shia LaBeouf has reportedly filed a restraining order against a fan who thinks he’s Albert Einstein.

The 28-year-old actor was in the news earlier this month when he pled guilty to charges of disorderly conduct. He was charged with the misdemeanour in July in New York City after allegedly causing a disruption during a performance of Broadway’s Cabaret.

Now Shia supposedly has a fan who is “convinced he discovered the theory of relativity”, TMZ reports. The woman even “threatened to blow up his house”.

The excited fan has apparently stopped by the actor’s home three times over several months, evening screaming at him, “I am going to blow up your house! I am going to blow up the world! You are Albert Einstein and we belong together," TMZ reports.

The woman also showed up at the Fury star’s home with a baby “claiming to have been best buds in a previous incarnation”.
Shia has apparently obtained a restraining order for the woman, mandating that she stay at least 100 yards away from the Transformers actor.

Shia has made numerous headlines throughout the year. Following his arrest in the New York City for disorderly conduct, his representative told TMZ, Shia “understands” he suffers from alcohol addiction and is seeking to change his lifestyle.

“He has taken the first of many necessary steps toward recovery,” his rep said, while denying reports he had checked into rehab.

The star also dominated headlines earlier this year for his self-proclaimed performance art, including an incident in Berlin when he appeared on a red carpet with a brown paper bag on his head that read: “I’m Not Famous Anymore.”
