Snooki: My son is crazy

Snooki thinks her two-year-old son Lorenzo is going through a “crazy” phase.

The 26-year-old former Jersey Shore star now has two children, having also given birth to her first daughter Giovanna one month ago. And while she says having a newborn is easy, her toddler is apparently going through a difficult tantrum stage.

“He’s crazy!” Snooki told the American edition of Us Weekly. “Lorenzo has temper tantrums, he’s running around everywhere.”

The petite star lamented she’s certainly hitting learning curves with her firstborn. But she and husband Jionni LaValle know they’re not the only ones to go through this.

“It happens to every parent,” Snooki laughed. “The terrible twos, they just go crazy! They cry at everything, scream at everything. All he says is ‘no’, he hits me in the face.”

Her daughter, Giovanna on the other hand, is apparently making things “easy” for them. The little girl was born on September 26 and her mother claims she isn’t yet active enough to be at all difficult.

“She's a newborn! All she does is eat and sh*t and sleep,” Snooki told the publication. “She just lays there. I think once Giovanna starts to actually move and crawl and run around, that's when sh*t’s going to hit the fan."

Now that she’s a parent, Snooki says she has turned her back on the partying ways she was known for on US reality show Jersey Shore and her spinoff series, Snooki & JWoww. Her decision to start using her first name, Nicole, is testament to this.

"Snooki was kinda like my party girl alter-ego, and I never party anymore," she admitted. "I don't have time for that sh*t. I just want people to get to know me as a mother and as an adult, and that's Nicole."
