Tamera Mowry-Housley has given birth to daughter Ariah.

The former Sister, Sister star and her journalist husband Adam Housley welcomed their baby girl into the world at 2.54pm on Wednesday.

The couple confirmed the happy news to People.com, revealing the tot weighed 10 lbs 2 oz and measured 20.5 inches in length.

Ariah is the latest addition to the Mowry-Housley clan – the pair are already parents to two and a half year old Aden John Tanner.

“We are beyond overjoyed and blessed with our beautiful baby girl. Aden already made a welcome video for her,” Tamera and Adam told People.

Tamera married Adam in 2011 and they welcomed son Aden in November 2012.

The star previously spoke of the challenges she faces with motherhood.

“Some days I scream,” she laughed to People magazine. “Honestly, you take it a moment at a time, a day at a time. Some days you got it and everything works out according to plan.”

Tamera feels fortunate to have such a loving husband by her side.

Adam is a hands-on dad who is happy to care for their children if she runs out of energy.

“That’s such a big blessing when you have a husband that loves being a dad just as much as you love being a mom,” she added. “He is a phenomenal father.”

However, Tamera admitted she is not looking forward to Aden’s entry into toddlerhood.

“The temper tantrums aren’t so fun,” she told People. “He’s beautiful — he’s walking — but I see the terrible twos just around the corner. I can see how it can go there!”
