Tisdale: I speak my mind!

Ashley Tisdale likes to speak her mind “a lot”.

The 29-year-old actress rose to fame in hit Disney television movie High School Musical. Since then she has gone on to star in features including Scary Movie 5 as well as release two studio albums. And Ashley thinks if she didn’t make it in show business, some of her other talents would definitely be put to good use.

“Probably something to do with writing. I was always into creative writing when I was younger,” she told the American edition of OK! Magazine. “I like to speak my mind a lot.”

Ashley’s next job sees her return to acting with Clipped. The comedy is set to air on TBS this summer and the star opened up about how much fun she had on set with her co-stars.

“I laugh all the time so it’s really hard to pin-point one thing,” she told the outlet when asked what last had her in hysterics. “I was just laughing really hard at this photo-shoot I was doing. Plus, I’m doing a new series called Clipped and so I laugh all the time at my co-stars Ryan Pinkston. He plays this character Ben and I was just crying laughing watching the show. It was so funny.”

While Ashley is excited for fans to watch her new programme, the star recently admitted that she would like to see her High School Musical character Sharpay Evans return to the screen alongside former co-stars Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens.

“It would be interesting to do a 25-year reunion. That would be kind of crazy and also hilarious,” she told MTV News.
