Reese Witherspoon jokes her teenager daughter points out her “dork” tendencies often.

The 38-year-old actress is mother to Ava, 15, Deacon, ten, and Tennessee, who will be two years old on September 27.

And the star says Ava constantly gives her advice on what is trending in the fashion scene.

“Oh yeah, all the time. She's 15. She has lots of thoughts of what a dork I am,” Reese laughed to Extra.

The devoted mom is quite busy professionally speaking right now, as she is currently promoting her new drama The Good Lie and the star recently released biographical picture, Wild.

But Reese recently spoke about how she and husband Jim Toth always make the time to help their children with academic pursuits.

"Our date nights are mainly helping our kids with homework, and then, going to sleep," she smiled to Us Weekly.

Although Reese takes her family and work obligations very seriously, the Oscar-winner always manages to schedule in a little fun.

Last month TMZ posted a video of the actress dancing fervently to Gloria Gaynor’s 1978 disco hit I Will Survive while attending a wedding event in Italy.

And Reese said around the time the footage went viral she thought being caught on camera having a good time was a wonderful thing.

“I have to say I am a lot of fun to hang out with,” the star told Entertainment Weekly, noting she had no idea the video became so popular with the public. “People go, ‘You’re really fun!’ And I’m like, ‘Was I not fun before?’ I like to have fun and I enjoy it, man.”

Reese has become a bit of a viral video sensation in recent months. In May she was filmed slurring out a mispronunciation of model Cara Delevingne’s name while in an elevator at the Met Gala.
