(Cover) - EN Movies - Julianne Moore enjoys "absorbing" things from her co-stars.
The actress has had a lengthy career, appearing in films such as Crazy, Stupid, Love. and The Hours.
Despite her expertise, the 52-year-old feels she still has a lot to learn when it comes to making films, like her latest flick The English Teacher.
"You always absorb a lot from a great actor. What you want, as an actor, no matter where you are in your career, is a partner who’s going to bring everything they have to the scene," she revealed to Collider.
"It’s pretty boring, working by yourself. The scene happens in between the two of you, and then you don’t know what it’s going to be because it’s a kind of combustion. So, you do take something from every actor you work with. In this movie, everybody brought stuff to the table. They were all so interesting and fun and talented. It was great! It was always a great surprise and a nice experience, every day."
In The English Teacher, Julianne stars alongside Lily Collins.
The 24-year-old has previously complimented Julianne's skills, and the older star is just as taken with her colleague.
She’s a sweetheart. I love that girl. She’s the prettiest girl in the world, and such a nice girl, too," Julianne gushed.
"And she was so funny and so sly, in the part. It was great to see her do that kind of character. I loved it."
The English Teacher is out in US cinemas now.
