Kourtney proves Disick is dad

Kourtney Kardashian has proven Scott Disick fathered her son.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was accused of keeping male model Michael Girgenti away from her son Mason after he claimed to be the boy’s father.

However a paternity test has confirmed the child’s biological dad is definitely Kourtney’s partner Scott.

“After three-and-a-half years of rumours and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason's father,” Kourtney told E! News in a statement.

“While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies - especially when the truth was never in doubt - this story must be put to rest."

The famous family had to undergo the laboratory test after Girgenti filed a lawsuit claiming to be Mason’s dad.

He suggested the little boy looked nothing like his one-year-old sister, Penelope, sparking his suspicion that he was in fact Mason Disick’s father.

"This individual has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason,” Kourtney’s attorney Todd Wilson said at the time. “Scott Disick is Mason's father."

Michael requested joint custody of the youngster if the DNA test proved his case to be true.

The famous family has always alleged the model was telling lies to get attention.

"We have not seen the reported court filing, but we are informed that this individual has been seeking to get paid to publish his ridiculous pleading," Todd previously stated.

"His claims are absurd and this is simply another shameful attempt to gain publicity and profit from fictional stories about my client."
