Clooney's 'red-blooded bachelor party'

George Clooney will reportedly be enjoying a “red-blooded” stag night at a local strip club.

The Hollywood heartthrob proposed to his British attorney Amal Alamuddin in April and speculation is rife they are preparing to walk down the aisle soon.

And according to UK outlet The Daily Star, George’s male friends have booked out a strip club near his Santa Barbara, California home to throw him a sexy bachelor’s party.

“This isn’t a surprise we’re springing. We floated the idea of one final night of red-blooded male fun and he jumped at it,” a source told the newspaper.

The 53-year-old’s buddies reportedly spent just under $2000 on the venue, which is set to host 30 people the night of the stag bash.

Apparently George anticipated his partner Amal, 36, wouldn’t be too happy about the celebration.

“George hopes she’ll turn a blind eye but he looked sheepish when we asked how she’d react,” the insider said.

“He likes to let off steam once in a while, although it seems she thinks it’s time for him to let go of the all-boys’ nights out.”

Earlier this month it was reported George and Amal secured their marriage certificate by applying for a wedding banns in London in July.

It is believed the couple are hosting their nuptials in Lake Como, Italy later on this year, where the actor owns a home.

Us Weekly previously reported George and Amal's mother Baria jetted out to the wedding location in June in order to establish laws preventing fans and paparazzi getting close to his residence on the big day.
