Odom ‘won’t sign divorce docs’

Lamar Odom has not yet signed divorce documents filed by Khloé Kardashian, according to a new report.

The reality star filed to end her marriage of four years in December 2013 amid claims Lamar had cheated and was also battling a drug problem.

But new reports suggest the former NBA player is dragging his feet.

A source tells People.com Khloé is having difficulty even locating her estranged husband.

"He needs to sign papers and he won't," the insider said. "He disappears here and there, and she can't find him. She just wants to move on."

A spokesperson for the star had yet to comment on the claims at press time.

Court documents obtained by the outlet filed by a Los Angeles Superior Court Family judge on October 9 indicate Khloé has the option to file a Request to Enter a Default, used when a spouse fails to respond within 30 days or cannot be located. This would allow the TV star to continue proceedings without Lamar.

She can also file a Request for Dismissal, which would alternatively put a stop to the proceedings.

Khloé and Lamar would have celebrated their fifth-year anniversary last month.

The new claims are in stark contrast to recent reports suggesting the pair were trying to give their marriage another shot.

Lamar was rumoured to be receiving treatment for drink and drug addiction and had been trying to show his ex he’s changed, a source recently told British magazine Heat.

"She's meeting Lamar at a suite in the SLS in Beverly Hills - where Lamar was living when they first met. It's where Khloé says they fell in love. They've even been eating pancakes in bed just like they did back in the day,” the insider said.

"Lamar's promised Khloé he's on a strict weekly rehab maintenance programme. He's also been working on his mental health issues with therapy and has vowed to do whatever it takes to get her back."
