Hilary Duff has reportedly filed for divorce.

The 27-year-old singer-and-actress married retired professional hockey player Mike Comrie in 2010 and they share two-year-old son Luca together.

The pair announced their separation in January 2014 and according to TMZ, Hilary has finally filed divorce papers.

The outlet reports Hilary, who hired famous attorney Laura Wasser to manage the divorce, cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. She also apparently lists the official separation date as January 2013 in the court documents.

Hilary is said to be seeking primary physical custody of son Luca, who turns three years old next month.

“She wants Mike to have visitation, but sources connected with the couple say she's concerned that his partying and drinking could adversely affect their kid,” the website writes.

TMZ also claims Hilary is not seeking spousal support and would like both parties to keep the assets they acquired as single persons.

The filing comes a day after the Daily Mail reported Mike drunkenly propositioned a woman at Mastro’s Steakhouse in Beverly Hills.

Hilary has previously spoken about why she decided to wait so long before filing divorce papers.

"We have a two-year-old together. We love each other. Obviously it wasn’t a rash decision that we made. We really are just trying to figure out how we are the most happy—whether together or apart—and we’re doing it as lovingly as possible," she revealed to Health magazine. "We would hang out without Luca; we think it’s important to keep a strong relationship no matter if we’re married or not married. And we love our son. We both want to fight for happiness.”
