Pamela Anderson has won a restraining order extension against her estranged husband.

The 47-year-old Baywatch star is currently embroiled in a legal battle with professional poker player Rick Salomon after she filed for divorce from him in February.

She was granted a temporary restraining order against him and Judge Marc D. Gross ordered an extension for it in court on Friday.

“I'm happy that we get to leave the restraining order in effect because that's the most important thing -- our safety and the safety of my family,” Pamela told Access Hollywood outside the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in Los Angeles.

Pamela’s legal decree against Rick is now effective up to May 6.

The star’s initial temporary restraining order filing contained incendiary accusations against her estranged spouse. TMZ previously reported she accused him of attempting to strangle and smother her with a pillow while they were having sex.

This is the second time Pamela and Rick are going through a divorce.

The pair confirmed they had wed again in January 2014. While they kept details under wraps, it was thought to have occurred during the Christmas holidays while they were vacationing.

They were previously married for just 10 weeks after tying the knot in Las Vegas in October 2007.

In his most recent annulment papers, Rick claims he was defrauded into marrying Pamela again. Apparently the poker star asserts Rick he has “solid proof" their second marriage is based on a lie.
