Valderrama: Working with Demi’s a blast!

Wilmer Valderrama had a blast working with girlfriend Demi Lovato.

The 35-year-old actor stars in vampire TV show From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series. For season two, his singer girlfriend joins the cast in a guest role, and the couple enjoyed the experience of working together.

“She has a very significant part in it, and it was fun,” he told People magazine. “It was a blast. We're both artists, so to be able to share our talents together on screen, it's just a good memory to have together."

For his role as vampire crime lord Carlos, Wilmer had to bulk up which meant spending many hours in the gym. But while some actors would brag about their buffness, the star is bashful about his physique.

“I'm so not that guy," he said. "I'm used to making people laugh. And then, enter into this next step in my career, is a little embarrassing. It's a little scary."

Wilmer spoke earlier this month about how he’d been left red faced by his Skyscraper singing girlfriend, after Demi posted a photograph of him shirtless on her Instagram account.

“I was a little embarrassed,” Wilmer told the outlet at the time. "That was one of the first exclusive shots of the show, and I was a little embarrassed about her comments, but I was really flattered. She's been very supportive of me and very supportive of all the stuff that's been happening. I'm having quite an exciting year, so I was really honoured."

Alongside the shot of her beau, Demi, 22, couldn’t help but burst with pride at his achievements.

“Are you f**king kidding me' He worked so hard for so long in preparation for this role... I couldn't be more proud of him (sic),” she wrote.
